We want to help folks get through some tough times. No one comes to needing an estate sale without some big changes going on in their lives. Often these changes can be very traumatic. We often deal with clients in need due to divorce, sudden unexpected moves, deaths in the family or bankruptcy. No matter what your need we want to help ease the burden of these events.

We are happy to come to the homes and talk in person and discuss options with you. There is no cost to meet with us and talk about your choices. If we don’t feel we are your best options we are happy to make some recommendations to assist you.

First thing all folks should know is that there is no need to ever throw anything away. If you are hiring a company to assist you just take the items you want to keep and let the company do the rest. We often find that folks throw away or donate items before we arrive that could have made money for the sale. Often families feel they need to worry homes are dirty but that is part of services we can offer. Also even things that might not sell like newspapers can be useful to the sale in wrapping glassware or other fragile items. Empty boxes and shopping bags help customers in carrying purchases. We can make sure the trash is separated so nothing useable or valuable is disposed of unnecessarily.

There are a lot of options to people who might be in need. We get asked often if people have enough for a sale. Our personal philosophy is if it is more than you feel you can handle then it is enough for us. We can make adjustments if needed to a sale to make it work for you and us or if needed we can do buy outs and remove the items quickly for you. It is our belief no one should feel stuck if it is too much for them to handle. The events leading to the need for a sale are often highly emotional. Again we want to make things as easy for you as possible.

We know it can be hard to trust strangers with a home and belongings that mean so much to you. That is another reason we can come out for free and talk over the options. We want you to get to know us and feel free to read our reviews. We will treat your home and belongings like we would treat our own. We have been in your position and we want what is best for you.
