We have an online auction. This is the first set of stuff from this house. We will most likely be doing a second auction after this one. Check it out. Estatesales.org does expect you to register a credit card on file to bid. We do offer cash payment in person. Please be aware there is a buyers premium for each item. The site has fees in place to run the auction through them. We are happy to work with anyone. We are also open to helping get your winning items to you. Small items we most likely bring down to the river valley if needed or can offer delivery on some larger pieces. Please feel free to ask before bidding. If you have any questions on items please feel free to reach out. We are happy to answer any questions we can. We do ask after the auction closes that you make contact with us on getting your items within 72 hours of the close of auction. We do reserve the right to charge your card on file if we have not heard from you in that time. We have had good success with this in the past and hope this will be a great auction as well.
