There are tons of great items for sale so don’t worry if you schedule for Friday or even Saturday because there is so much here. The owner has moved and could not take most of her stuff. She needs to get everything liquidated so she can finalize her move. We are doing this by appointment because it is a rental property and we want to minimize disruption to the neighbors and property.
