We are excited to bring this auction and help the family get the house cleared and get it ready to sell. We use estatesales.org to host our auctions. They do require you to put a card in to bid. We ask if you bid that you plan to purchase and show up. We try hard to work with folks on pick up times that work for you. We can also take cash, venmo, paypal or cashapp at pick up but buyers premium will still apply. These are the fees for the site. We appreciate your understanding.
